An easy savory spread made from mashed chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and spices.

  1. Combine the chickpeas, oil, tahini, lemon juice, paprika, and salt in a food processor or blender and puree until very smooth, adding some chickpea cooking liquid or water if necessary. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Garnish with parsley.
